# Invoices and statements

> Where to find your top-up invoices and usage statements, and how to fill in your billing details.

## Two documents

- **An invoice for each top-up** of credits (**Credit purchase**).
- **A usage statement** at the end of each period (**Statement**, from … to …).

They're all in **Budget**, **Invoices and statements** section, as PDFs, with their line-by-line details.

## An invoice's status

**paid**, **to pay**, **unpaid**, **draft** or **cancelled**.

## Billing details

**Billing details** section, **Edit**:
- **Name or company name**;
- **Address**, **Postcode**, **City**, **Country**;
- **VAT number** (optional).

They appear on your invoices and are required to top up. The country sets the VAT applied.

## Export spending

**Where your money goes** › **Export as CSV**: one line per billed resource, with its start, its end and its amount. See [How Fransys bills](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/budget/comment-fransys-facture/#where-your-money-goes).
