## How much does it cost to get started?

No subscription, no package. You pay by the hour for what's running: the machines at the hosting provider's price, plus the Fransys share. See [How Fransys bills](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/budget/comment-fransys-facture/).

## What happens when my credits run out?

Without automatic payment, your infrastructure is shut down 2 hours before your credits run out. With automatic payment, it's never shut down. See [Never get shut down](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/budget/ne-jamais-etre-coupe/).

## Which languages and frameworks?

Anything that runs in a Docker image: Laravel, Symfony, Node.js, Next.js, Django, FastAPI, Go, Rust… See the [guides](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/guides/laravel/).

## How long does it take to create a cluster?

Up to 15 minutes. It may then stay **Degraded** for a few minutes: that's normal. See [Create a cluster](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/clusters/creer-un-cluster/).

## My deployment failed: am I down?

No: Fransys rolls back on its own, and your last version stays online. The service's details say why the new one didn't start. See [Deploy and monitor](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/projets/deployer-et-suivre/).

## Where is my data?

In the country and at the European hosting provider you choose for each cluster. See [Where your data lives](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/securite/ou-sont-vos-donnees/).

## Does Fransys host health data?

No: Fransys is not HDS certified. See [Compliance](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/securite/conformite/).

## Can my agent break my production?

It can only read and prepare plans. A person on your team approves each plan before it runs. See [What an agent can do](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/agents/ce-qu-un-agent-peut-faire/).

## Can I use my Hetzner, Scaleway or Outscale account?

Yes: the machines then run on your account, billed by the hosting provider. See [Your cloud account](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/clusters/compte-cloud/).

## Can I leave with my code and my data?

Yes: your code stays in your repository, and your databases are standard PostgreSQL, MariaDB and Redis. See [Leaving Fransys](https://docs.fransys.cloud/en/securite/partir-de-fransys/).
