Statuses
Clusters and projects on Fransys display a status that reflects their health in real time. These statuses are visible in the cluster list, the cluster dashboard, and on each project.
Available statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Everything is working normally. All nodes, pods, and services are operational. |
| Deploying | A deployment is in progress. The cluster or project is being updated. |
| Degraded | The service is working but with anomalies. Some components are not in an optimal state. |
| Critical | A major issue is affecting operation. Intervention may be necessary. |
| Offline | The cluster or project is stopped. No resources are being consumed. |
Degraded status during initial deployment
When creating a cluster, the Degraded status is displayed during the first few minutes. This is normal and expected behavior: Fransys is configuring the entire Kubernetes cluster (network, ingress, monitoring, certificates, etc.).
The initial deployment can take up to 15 minutes. Wait for the process to complete before considering an issue — the status will automatically change to Healthy once configuration is complete.

Where to see statuses
- Cluster list — Status displayed next to each cluster name
- Cluster dashboard → Overview — Global status + status of each project and service
- Cluster dashboard → Projects — Individual status of each deployed project
System service statuses
In the cluster dashboard, the Services section displays the status of internal services (vault, cert-manager, fluent-bit, etc.). These services are managed automatically by Fransys — a Healthy status across all these services confirms that the underlying infrastructure is working correctly.
