Account security
Change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, close your sessions on other devices.
Change your password
Section titled “Change your password”In My account, Security section, Password › Change:
- Send the code: Fransys sends a code to your email address;
- enter the Code received by email and your New password (at least 8 characters);
- Change password.
Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, or Send a new code.
Two-factor authentication
Section titled “Two-factor authentication”A code asked for at each sign-in, on top of your password. Manage opens the Fransys sign-in portal in a new tab, where you turn it on.
Sessions on your other devices
Section titled “Sessions on your other devices”Manage opens the sign-in portal, where you can see your sessions and close them remotely. Sign out closes the session on this device.
Agent keys
Section titled “Agent keys”An agent key gives read access to your data: don’t share it, and remove the ones you no longer use. See Connect an agent.
